Yogurt dressing with mustard and honey is an excellent light way to garnish your mixed salads but also to serve it with boiled potatoes, grilled vegetables or fish. The combination of mustard and honey together with yogurt and apple cider vinegar makes this sauce very tasty, an excellent combination of sweet, salty and sour. It is a dressing sauce that is quick and easy to prepare and with few ingredients. It is an excellent light alternative to the ready-made sauces that we can find at the supermarket which, in addition to containing mayonnaise, are often rich in salt or preservatives. Try it with slices of ripe seasonal tomatoes.
Store in the fridge for a couple of days.
