1 egg
0.5 cup frozen peas
0.5 cup baby spinach
0.5 cup milk
2 tsp olive oil
40 g or more grated Pecorino cheese or another type of hard cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
salt to taste optional

Place baby spinach, thawed peas, egg, milk and oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add flour, grated cheese, baking powder and blend again until the batter is smooth. In case you did not use the pecorino but a less salty cheese add some salt.
Heat the pan, if necessary grease it with a little olive oil and pour a few tablespoons of batter creating 3 – 4 round pancakes. Cook for 2 minutes on medium-low heat side. Turn them and cook again so that they are golden on both sides.
