The recipe itself is very simple and requires few ingredients and guarantees a super tasty and nutritious meal. It is a quick and easy side dish with legumes which, with its golden and tasty gratin, goes perfectly with classic or vegetable burgers or white meat.

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs

  • Place your frozen green beans in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed or finely chopped garlic. Mix well to coat them well. Now add two generous tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Toss to completely coat your green beans with the prepared mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper and add the beans. Bake in the preheated static oven at 180 °C for 20 – 25 minutes or until tender. Once they become golden take them out of the oven, if you like, add some chopped parsley and serve immediately.
