With a beautiful bright green color and a refreshing, sweet and inviting flavor – this green smoothie with fresh ginger, apple, banana and baby spinach will give you a good dose of energy and vitamins.
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 3 cm) (I used ginger from Bioexpress)
- 1 cup (or more) water
- 2 handful baby spinach
Instructions: Green smoothie with fresh ginger
Peel the apple, remove the core and divide it in smaller pieces. Peel banana and fresh ginger (use a teaspoon to be precise and delicate).
Place all ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth. Add more water if you want your smoothie more liquid and serve immediately.
