Green smoothie with fresh ginger

Easy and healthy green smoothie with banana, baby spinach, apple and fresh ginger.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 3 cm) (I used ginger from Bioexpress)
  • 1 cup (or more) water
  • 2 handful baby spinach
  • Instructions below.

Instructions: Green smoothie with fresh ginger

Peel the apple, remove the core and divide it in smaller pieces. Peel banana and fresh ginger (use a teaspoon to be precise and delicate).

Place all ingredients in a blender jug ​​and blend until smooth. Add more water if you want your smoothie more liquid and serve immediately.
