Easy and healthy green smoothie with banana, baby spinach, apple and fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 piece of fresh ginger about 3 cm (I used ginger from Bioexpress)
- 1 cup or more water
- 2 handful baby spinach
Instructions
Instructions: Green smoothie with fresh ginger
- Peel the apple, remove the core and divide it in smaller pieces. Peel banana and fresh ginger (use a teaspoon to be precise and delicate).
- Place all ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth. Add more water if you want your smoothie more liquid and serve immediately.
