  • 4 room temperature eggs
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 25 ml milk
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g grated Pecorino cheese
  • 120 g cheese of your choice I used scamorza
  • salt and pepper to taste
