Pizza is my favorite thing to cook with the kids. It is one food that their “help” can actually be help. You can’t really screw up putting toppings on, and they love to customize their own little pizzas.

Bread flour with high levels of proteins. Different countries have different types of flour. Many countries divide their flour in strong and weak.
Is 00 type bread/strong flour? I bet my flour from Lidl but are not labelled as such.

If there is nothing written on the bag you just need to check the amount of the protein written on the back of the bag. Strong bread flour has more protein, from 12 to 14 percent.
