- 35 g or more honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust with more honey if necessary.
- Divide the prepared mixture into ice cream moulds and place in the freezer. Once frozen place the strawberry popsicle under hot water for a moment to get it out from the mould.
