Creamy, sweet, delicious and super easy pineapple ice cream that use only 2 ingredients and it is made without ice cream machine (no-churn ice cream).
Creamy pineapple and condensed milk ice cream
- 1 kg fresh pineapple
- 1 can of condensed milk 397 g
Instructions: Creamy pineapple and condensed milk ice cream
- Peel the pineapple, remove the core and dice it. Place in a freezer to let it freeze completely.
- Take the fruit out from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. It should not be rock solid.
- Move frozen pieces of fruit into a blender jug and add sweetened condensed milk. Blend everything until it becomes creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
