Instructions
Instructions baked zucchini rounds
Cut your zucchini into rounds. Put them in a bowl, pour over 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to cover all the slices.
Add your spices, salt and pepper and toss again.
Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Lay the zucchini slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 220 °C for 15 minutes. Add grated cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve warm.
