Grind the almonds coarsely. In a mixing bowl put the almonds, melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Add sifted flour and baking powder and, if you like a mix of sweet and salty, a pinch of salt.
Stir everything briefly to mix all the ingredients. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Create about 20 small balls, press gently each ball between your palms and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
