Instructions: Potato and white bean salad with garlic dressing
Boil the potatoes in salty water until they are tender. Drain and put aside until they cool down completely.
Mix vinegar with olive oil. Combine finely chopped parsley and garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine previously cut into smaller pieces potatoes, beans and cherry tomatoes divided into wedges. Add the prepared sauce, mix and let rest for at least half an hour. Taste, season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve.
