  • 1.5 kg apples
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Sugar free applesauce instructions

  • Rinse your apples. Divide them into quarters and remove the core part but leave the skin on. Put them in a saucepan along with water and cinnamon.
  • Turn on the flame, cover the pan with a lid and bring the mixture to a boil. Uncover and cook on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on how much juice your apples have released) until all the apples are dissolved.
  • Turn off the flame. Let your applesauce cool down and blend until smooth in a stand mixer or by using a hand blender. Consume within a few days as it is sugar-free.
