fresh, cow’s milk ricotta cheese

teaspoon (or more) of ground coffee

sweetened condensed milk (or granulated sugar, or other type of sweetener)
Instructions
Instructions coffee and whipped ricotta cream
In a bowl place previously drained ricotta. Whip it with electric whips for a couple of minutes until it becomes lump-free and very light.
Now add the good quality ground coffee and the condensed milk. Stir again with the hand whisk or with a spoon.
Wait one or two minutes and stir again to mix the ingredients well and to give the sugar and coffee time to melt or to release their flavor.
Taste and adjust with more coffee or condensed milk if necessary.
