Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 40 g cream cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml hot milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Creamy cauliflower puree

  • Clean the cauliflower by removing hard core and green leaves. Cut it into florets. Bring water to a boil in a pan (do not to add any salt ), add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 8 – 10 minutes. When cooked, drain well.
  • Place cauliflower, butter, two types of cheese and garlic clove in a blender (you can also use immersion blender).
  • Blend all the ingredients and gradually add hot milk until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Adjust with salt and pepper and serve either hot or cold.
