Ingredients

  • 12 salted or unsalted crackers
  • Brie cheese
  • spicy provola
  • smoked scamorza
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • gherkins
  • walnuts
  • barbecue or aurora sauce
  • salad leaves
  • drie fruit such as cranberries or raisins
  • 1 carrot

Instructions

The simplest and quickest cold Christmas appetizer

  • Place 12 pieces of crackers on an appetizer plate or on a cutting board. Cut a carrot into 12 rounds. Using a sharp knife, cut out stars from your carrots and place them on top of the crackers
  • Cut square or rectangular slices from your cheeses. Divide each slice and half diagonally. Arrange the two rectangles created on each slice of crackers to make them resemble a Christmas tree.
  • Now decorate each cracker as you like using the strips of sun-dried tomatoes or slices of gherkins as Christmas balls. Add a drop of Aurora sauce and add some walnuts or create salad strips and decorate them with dried fruit.
Once finished, if you like, decorate the dish with parsley, grapes and serve.
