  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 cup or more water
  • arugula to taste I used a small handful
  • honey maple syrup or other type of sweetener to taste

Instructions avocado green smoothie

  • Place banana, avocado, kiwi, water, arugula and honey or another type of sweetener in the blender jug and blend until smooth.
  • Taste. Adjust with more sweetener if necessary. Add a dash of water if you want to make your smoothie more liquid. Serve immediately.
