Apples, cheese and walnuts is a quick and easy cold appetizer. Lacto-vegetarian recipe for a simple but tasty finger food.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • lemon juice
  • 8 tsp mascarpone cheese (you can also use creamy goat cheese)
  • 8 drops of olive oil
  • 8 walnuts kernels
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions easy and quick appetizer with apples, mascarpone cheese and walnuts

  • Wash the apple and cut it into 8 wedges. Remove the inner part of the core. Sprinkle the apple wedges with lemon juice to keep the fruit from darkening.
  • Place the fruit disks on appetizer plates or a cheese board. On each of them place a teaspoon of mascarpone cheese and add a small drop of raw olive oil. Place a walnut kernel on top of the cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
