Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 1,5 tbsp Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • ½ tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

Mixed salad

  • Mixed salad lettuce, red and green lollo, baby spinach, Roman salad
  • cherry tomatoes
  • ½ apple
  • rocket salad
  • ½ cucumber
  • almonds

Instructions

  • In a small bowl,mix honey with lemon juice and mustard. Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. Mix well to mix the ingredients and make the sauce free from lumps. Taste and adjust with more mustard or honey if necessary.
  • Arrange the sliced tomatoes, cucumber slices, almonds and mixed salad and rocket leaves on a serving plate, overlapping them, to create a messy but inviting dish. Finally add the sauce and serve immediately.
