Golden latte

This golden latte is quick and easy to prepare. It will warm you and surprise you with its flavor.   • 1 cup of your favorite milk
  • 1 espresso coffee or about 40 ml of another strong coffee
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of freshlu grated pepper
  • honey or maple syrup or other sweetener to taste

Instructions golden latte

Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan. Stir well and turn on the flame. Your milk must not boil but must become very hot. Turn off the heat. Wait about 1 minute so that the spices fell to the bottom of the pan. Slowly pour turmeric latte with into a cup through a fine sieve. Serve immediately.
