Honey and lemon glazed carrots

These carrots are glazed in a pan with honey, lemon and butter to become sweet, tender and aromatic. It is a super easy side dish that goes well with a variety of main courses including chicken, fish and pork but is equally delicious in a vegetarian version on a crispy bruschetta with a slightly spicy cheese or soft brie.
