Sea bream with lemon and coriander

Sea bream with lemon and coriander is a quick and easy way to prepare baked fish. The bream baked in the oven with the coriander seeds and lemon becomes fragrant and tasty. A balance between the acidity of lemon and delicate flavour of the fish.

Ingredients
- 2 sea bream
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3 lemons
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Sea bream with lemon and coriander
In a bowl mix zest of 2 lemons and add their juice. Add sugar, oil, coriander seeds and stir.

Clean the sea bream. Pull out the entrails, cut off the fins and remove the scales (if you prefer leave the head on). Rinse and dry. Arrange the fish in a baking dish. Slice with 3 – 4 cuts (not too deep) on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place half of garlic clove inside the fish and sprinkle inside with more salt and pepper. Cover the bream with the marinade and place some lemon slices over the fish. Repeat with the second sea bream then put in the fridge to make it marinate for at least an hour.

Cook the bream, along with the marinade, in a preheated oven at 180 – 200° C for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
