This smoothie with berries (blackberries and blueberries) and kefir is simple, healthy and really delicious and fresh. Perfect for a healthy a breakfast.
Easy kefir smoothie with berries
- 250 ml kefir or plain yogurt
- 50 g blackberries
- 100 g blueberries
- sugar or honey or other sweetener to taste
Instructions: Easy kefir smoothie with berries
- Put all the ingredients in the blender jug and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust with sugar or other kind of sweetener, add a dash of milk if you want to make your smoothie more liquid.
- Serve immediately.
