Smoothie with strawberries and yogurt is a delicious and healthy classic. The addition of banana makes this smoothie particularly yummy, thick and sweet.
- 230 g strawberry
- 120 ml plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1 big banana
- sugar to taste (optional)
- milk or vegetable milk to taste (optional)
Instructions: Strawberry and yogurt smoothie
Place strawberries, banana and yogurt in the blender jug and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust with sugar if necessary or add a dash of milk if you want to make your smoothie more liquid. Serve immediately.
