This delicious appetizer was served to me by a dear friend, who has largely inspired the creation of this site and that has greatly contributed to the birth of my passion for cooking.
The appetizer is:
- quick and simple
- 1 pear
- 4 - 6 walnuts (1 walnut for every slice of pear)
- 4 - 6 tsp mascarpone cheese (1 tsp every slice of pear)
- lemon juice to taste
- pepper to taste
Wash and peel the pear. Cut the fruit into round slices about half an inch thick. With the help of a small cookie cutter, a sharp knife or a teaspoon, remove the core part and sprinkle the circles of pear with some lemon juice.
Put the fruit discs on a plate. Put a teaspoon of mascarpone cheese and a walnut kernel on top of each slice. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve. lot of love. B.
