Spicy baked edamame recipe – healthy and tasty snack. Easy finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup drained edamame
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch (or more) chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp (or more) curry powder

Instructions: Spicy baked edamame – healthy and tasty snack

Place drained edamame in a bowl. Add oil and spices and toss to cover it well.

Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in preheated static oven at 220 °C for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
