If you ever wondered how to cook edamame soybeans this recipe for spicy baked edamame is just for you. This beans are delicious and rich in vegetable protein. This recipe creates a yummy and healthy appetizer. Crunchy outside, soft inside, with a hint of a spice from chili powder and curry.
Spicy baked edamame – healthy and tasty snack
- 1.5 cup drained edamame
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch or more chili powder
- 0.5 tsp or more curry powder
Instructions: Spicy baked edamame – healthy and tasty snack
- Place drained edamame in a bowl. Add oil and spices and toss to cover it well.
- Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in preheated static oven at 220 °C for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down slightly before serving.
