The edamame soybean is delicious and rich in vegetable protein. This recipe creates a yummy and healthy appetizer: baked edamame beans. Crunchy outside, soft inside, with a hint of a spice from chili powder and curry.
- 1.5 cup drained edamame
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch (or more) chili powder
- 0.5 tsp (or more) curry powder
Instructions: Spicy baked edamame – healthy and tasty snack
Place drained edamame in a bowl. Add oil and spices and toss to cover it well.
Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in preheated static oven at 220 °C for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
